I went riding today... my shoulder is holding up well, the vibration of the rocks make it feel uncomfortable but tolerable...... i'd say in 2 weeks i'd be back to at least 90%....

yeah well on my mac you just hit shift apple up 4 and it makes your mouse into a crosshair which you click and hold down and drag across the image and it shows up on you desktop
